Supercar Driver (SCD) is the UK’s largest supercar club consisting of over 3000 cars with a combined value of over £300,000,000. Established in 2010 it has almost 1000 members all of whom meet the strict entry criteria of having to own at least one supercar or hypercar. The clubs impressive line up includes 32 Bugattis, 211 Ferraris, 121 Lamborghinis, and even 6 Koenigseggs and 7 Paganis! If you see a supercar in the UK, it is highly likely the owner will be a member of the SCD family.

Once a year Supercar Driver organises a members-only event, known as “The Secret Meet”. This year the exclusive event took place at Donington Park on the 2nd of April and included a number of historic racing cars, Formula 1 cars, Touring Cars and cars from the mighty Can-Am series.

This year, the event consisted of over 350 supercars and another 25 hypercars. The list included cars like the new Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, Pagani Huayra, and the legendary McLaren F1.

Other cars in attendance included the McLaren P1, Ferrari F50, and F40 and the Carrera GT.

Racing cars on display included 6 F5000, 6 F1 cars and others from Group C and Can-Am.

The day also included a celebration of the Bugatti anniversary with 8 very special cars, including 3 Chirons (one from the factory driven by the test driver Andy Wallace), a variety of Veyron models and a rare EB110 Supersport.

Don Law Racing team also brought some very special cars to the event including 9 Jaguar XJ220s along with the first public appearance of an XJR15 R9R and the mighty V12 XJ220.

The event was a massive success with many members getting a chance to enjoy their cars on the track and in turn raising well over £20,000 for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
